The problems | Multiple systems and inconsistencies

In the past, Berteks used local systems which couldn’t support and update them with new releases and changes in the technology. They started searching for a more up to date, functional, and easier to use software.

Due to huge developments and using multiple systems, programs were too slow.

“Since we didn’t have an integrated system, there were problems between the departments i.e., finance, payroll, HR, and sales were all getting different reports from different systems and in turn created bigger internal issues and low work efficiencies”. Berk Noyan, CEO

The requirements

Berteks needed the ability to track every step from receiving the order to the shipping of the finished products, correct data from the production process, cost and efficiency calculations, and planning integrated with accounting and human resources.

“Now, everyone sees the same data and reports, and getting to the same conclusion from one data source.  This is what we “earn” from the new system”.

No special modifications

Moving from one ERP system to another was very difficult for their users; they had to adapt the logic of the new system and needed detailed training from their previous MRP logic to the new ERP logic.

b4dynamics’ follows the standard software with its best practice approach.  Berteks wanted to avoid any unnecessary developments due to the huge burdens it created in their old systems.

Life changing program

“Managing the big picture is the most important benefit of ERP.  Reporting modules have to work smoothly so the upper management “feels and sees” the true benefits of ERP. With AX2012, we have all the processes integrated, our business is working more efficiently and faster.” Berk Noyan

With AX2012 Berteks had the ability to have their internal audit organized with duties systematically at the same time in the best way obeying the system correctly.

Choosing b4dynamics

“Microsoft is one of the big 3 global software providers and b4dynamics has a strong, international, and best practice approach.  The choice was clear; the Microsoft software and b4dynamics as our business partner.  The positive market feedback from other textile companies about b4dynamics underlined our decision”.
