HR Manager

an international IT consulting company with over 40 years of ERP experience. We support our customers in business process optimization with standard software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a global partner in the discrete manufacturing and process industry, we offer our customers solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio.

We are a dynamic team that combines know-how and innovation. With our five locations in Germany, Turkey and the USA, we support our customers around the globe and carry out international projects.

For the reinforcement of our team we are looking from now on in Germany for: HR Manager

Your tasks

  • Supervision of employees incl. dual students throughout the entire recruitment and employee life cycle: recruiting, onboarding, support, personnel development, general personnel administration, offboarding.
  • Execution of recruiting activities (active sourcing, optimizing and placing job ads, interviews…)
  • Use social media tools for staff identification and recruitment
  • Contact person for employees in matters of labor and social security law
  • Personnel development within the Microsoft portfolio (certificates etc.)
  • Optimization of HR processes and tools
  • Administration and creation of documents such as employment contracts, warnings or notices of termination
  • Support of our domestic and foreign sister companies with regard to administration and recruiting

Your profile

  • Completed business studies with a focus on human resources or commercial vocational training with relevant further training
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, especially in recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security and payroll tax law
  • Confident handling of the current MS Office programs
  • English fluent
  • High level of social competence, good communication and teamwork skills and strong organizational skills
  • Independence, reliability, ability to work under pressure and high flexibility
