Your tasks:
- HR supervision of a defined employee circle
- Implementation of all relevant HR processes (recruiting, personnel management, personnel development) within the assigned area of responsibility
- Expert resource to assist employees and their supervisors in labor and social security legislation issues
- Involvement in the development, configuration and management of HR
- Conception and optimization of HR marketing activities
- Collaboration in the core tasks within human resources
Your profile:
- Completed degree in business preferable with HR focus or commercial education with relevant training
- Experience in HR
- Good knowledge of labor, social security and employment tax laws
- Confident in using Microsoft office programs
- Fluent in English
- High social skills
- Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Independent, reliable and flexible
