HR Specialist

Your tasks:

  • HR supervision of a defined employee circle
  • Implementation of all relevant HR processes (recruiting, personnel management, personnel development) within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Expert resource to assist employees and their supervisors in labor and social security legislation issues
  • Involvement in the development, configuration and management of HR
  • Conception and optimization of HR marketing activities
  • Collaboration in the core tasks within human resources

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business preferable with HR focus or commercial education with relevant training
  • Experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security and employment tax laws
  • Confident in using Microsoft office programs
  • Fluent in English
  • High social skills
  • Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent, reliable and flexible
