Before the project started, Arsal was using the ERP system Logo, and this accounting-heavy system was becoming increasingly inadequate for the business processes area. First of all, it lacked a production warehouse. The lack of integration between software systems was also causing problems. The inadequacy of some modules led to the decision to switch to an integrated ERP software.
Arsal was advised on this project by the management consultancy “MAK”, which after its analysis recommended Microsoft Dynamics NAV as a suitable product for its needs. They initially worked with another company as an implementation partner, but had to change due to support issues. Microsoft then recommended b4dynamics.
For Arsal it was of great importance to be informed about all developments and innovations and above all to get advice on how to make the most of the advantages and possibilities of the program.
Result
The entire project, including data transfer and migration, was completed in about a year. The implementation of NAV resulted in an integrated system that provides robust reporting. Order processing speed, the number of orders and therefore productivity increased. Profitability and efficiency were achieved by managing all areas of the business through a single integrated system. At Arsal, work is now done in an integrated manner.
