b4dynamics Text Module
In Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices carry recurring but context-dependent content. The standard notes for customers, vendors and products cover the basics. They reach their limits as soon as content has to follow a business relationship instead of a single master data record.
The b4d Text Module extends the standard with rule-based, context-dependent text control. Texts are assigned along combinable criteria: customer and vendor accounts, products and product groups, countries and rebate groups, version dependencies, document types and process steps. The right text is retrieved automatically and printed in the right document.
