We are an international team that combines expertise with innovation. We support our customers in business process optimization with standard software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

We are a growing consulting company and are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for project management to strengthen our project team. The employee will be responsible for handling our projects in all PMO disciplines as well as accounting.

Your tasks

  • You will share responsibility for project management and support the project managers on the customer side as well as on our side
  • You plan and take over the project documentation and project controlling (time and budget)
  • You plan and moderate work progress and status meetings
  • You identify project risks and initiate measures and risk mitigation in close cooperation with the project managers
  • You will be responsible for tracking, presentation and documentation including reporting on project statistics related to scope/quality, schedule and budget
  • You will measure project performance (KPI) using appropriate tools and techniques
  • You take over accounting and administrative tasks in the project

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration or a corresponding education and professional experience in project management and accounting
  • PMI, PRINCE or IPMA certification is an advantage
  • You have advanced knowledge in MS-Projects and Excel/Pivot
  • You have  very good communication skills in German and a good english skills
  • You work very conscientiously and carefully and are characterized by high problem solving skills
  • You are a team player and at the same time have a very independent way of working
  • Friendly and confident appearance is a matter of course for you
