As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at b4dynamics, Jan Behnke focuses on structuring projects clearly, managing them with transparency, and fostering true partnership with our customers. For him, people are always at the center—both within our team and on the customer side.

Jan has worked on ERP projects from both perspectives: as a customer and as a consultant. Over the years, he has taken on a wide range of roles—from hands-on project work to project management and strategic leadership. This dual experience gives him a deep understanding of customer expectations, concerns, and goals, as well as the methodologies and tools applied by consultants. It allows him to bridge both worlds, create mutual understanding, and design projects that are methodologically sound while remaining practical and results-oriented.

What drives Jan is the belief that complex ERP projects can become real success stories. Lasting project success is not achieved through methods or systems alone, but through open communication, mutual trust, and a clear, shared plan.
