Air Trade Centre was established in 1998 and is headquartered in İstanbul. In Turkey, there is also an office in Ankara and a plant in İzmir. Internationally, there are additional offices in Azerbaijan and Belgium. Other locations in Turkey include an office in Ankara and a plant in İzmir, with additional offices in Azerbaijan and Belgium. ATC employs approximately 105 people at its locations in Turkey alone. The company operates in the heating, cooling and air conditioning industry.
Reference report
The initial situation at ATC was as follows: Logo was used as the ERP system, which could not be integrated and was completely disconnected from all other systems. As a result, there was no sequential flow for orders, sales and quotations. The quotations were created in Excel which meant too much additional work as ATC had to create many quotations.
The decision for the ERP product NAVISION was made by the foreign parent company of ATC from Germany. This decision turned out to be a very good one, because without an integrated system it was very difficult to run the company. The decision to go with b4dynamics was made after obtaining quotes and talking to more than 20 Microsoft partners and extensive research. b4dynamics has a reputation as a reliable, honest company.
The total duration of the project for the 90 users was 6 months. The biggest challenges were to report data in a fully integrated way.
Result
Currently, production is still being set up, as this sub-project was commissioned to b4dynamics after the fact. Currently, the workload in the area of order creation has already been greatly reduced and significantly simplified. The conversion of offers into orders is altogether faster due to the new order acceptance and the stocks can be easily viewed and selected. As there was previously no automatically stored VAT list, manual entry took up to 2 weeks. With the new ERP, this is done in 2 days.
After Go Life, there were difficulties with invoice verification for a week, but now all checks work faster and more accurately. This has already saved a lot of money.
